October is European Dyslexia Awareness Month. DAI's theme for this year’s awareness week in Ireland is “Shout About Dyslexia”. This theme was chosen as we know it’s so important to be able to talk about your dyslexia openly. Dyslexia should not be whispered about in hushed voices. There’s no shame in having dyslexia – it’s a learning difference. We should be proud and celebrate our talented dyslexic community.

We have a wide range of activities planned and hope that you will join us to help raise awareness this October. You can access our Support Pack here. It has lots of info on how you can get involved in different ways in school, on social media, or by taking part in one of our many events.

Thanks so much for your support.

Kind regards,
