1ST Class Parents
As you are probably aware it is the 1st Class Parents who are organising the Communion Party this year, which takes place on Saturday 18th of May 2013.
We would ask that every parent who has a child making their communion next year to help in some way.
There are lots of people needed to help on the day / help set up the night before / help clean up when the party is over.
As well as helping with the party we would also ask every parent to either bake a cake or make sandwiches for the party.
The only request in regard to cakes is that there is no chocolate!!
Can you please text Alison (Evan’s Mum) 0872358624 or Mary (Oisin’s Mum) 0877476055, before Wednesday the 8th of May just to let us know your availability on the morning of the Communion or the night before to set up. Also if you could let us know at this time if it is a sweet or savoury you will be making just so we have a good balance of both.
