Ní amannta cruinn na hamannta thuas. Déanfar gach iarracht claoí leis na hamannta san áfach.
Chun go mbeidh eagar ceart ar gach rud, teastaíonn uainn go bhfanfaidh an grúpa le chéile don ócáid ar fad. Mar sin beimíd go léir ag dul go dtí an Opera House le chéile sa chathair. Má tá fonn ar tuismitheoirí a bpáistí a bhailiú sa chathair beidh cead acu iad a thógaint ag an am san ach ní roimhe sin le bhur dtola. Caithfidh na múinteoirí a bheith in ann aire a thabhairt dos na páistí gan a bheith ag iarraidh smaoineamh ar shocraithe aonair. Mar sin téir go dtí an Opera House agus nuair atá na páistí ina línte agus comhraithe ag na múinteoirí beidh cead scaoileadh leo ansan. Ach an rud is fearr, is dócha, ná iad a bhailiú ón scoil.
Ba mhaith liom mórbhuíochas na scoile a gabháil le "Dukes", tuismitheoirí le Cáit-linn sna Naíonáin Bheaga atá chun buidéal uisce agus cáca beag (muffin) a cur ar fáil dos na páistí ar fad. Táid thar a bheith flaithiúlach. Go raibh maith agaibh.
Tá bileog eolais á cur abhaile sna málaí scoile inniú faoi tiomáint-roinnte. Tá eaolas air faoi síobanna a roinnt do amárach.
Dear parents,
We are all really looking forward to Rith 2014 tomorrow, 07.03.2014! Following is the time-table that we have.
10.45 - Bus leaving the school
11.30 - Arrive at George's Quay in the city.
11.50 - Start of Rith 2014 Gaelchultúr
12.15 - End of the Rith (for us)
12.30 - Meeting at the Opera House
13.00 - Bus back to Kinsale
13.45 - Infant Classes to be collected at school
14.30 - 1st to 5th Classes to be collected at school.
That's a rough estimate of the timetable. We will try to adhere to those times but if we are delayed I apologise in advance. To ensure we are organised the group needs to stay together for the duration of the event. When we are finished running we will walk - as a group - to the space outside the Opera House to have a little bun and water. If parents need to take their children, they may do so after the teachers have taken a full head count and all children are accounted for, but not before. Please respect that the teachers need to look after the whole group and cannot be expected to remember individual requests. The best option is to collect from the school but I do understand people have other commitments and there'll be no problem accommodating these after the head count.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank 2Dukes Coffee", Cáit-linn in Junior Infants' parents who will kindly provide a bottle of water and a small treat for all our little athletes! Their generosity will be greatly appreciated by all I've no doubt! Our thanks again.
A leaflet is being sent home today in the school bags about car-pooling for tomorrow's event.
