Blankets of Hope

We are delighted and extremely grateful to the Children in 2nd to 6th class who have knitted hundreds of squares. We are busy sewing them together to create our “blankets of hope” which we will give to children in our Cork hospitals as a comforter as they undergo chemo. We will be back into school on Friday 15th May 2015 to collect any remaining squares. Each blanket will be 100cm x 150cm. Well done to everyone who has created the squares – we look forward to sharing the photos of the completed blankets with you… below is work in progress
